The “Lamb of God,” as described in John 1:29, refers to Jesus’s sacrificial role in taking away the sins of the world. Lauren wanted to represent Jesus’ loving and humble heart as the lamb of God who willingly sacrificed His life so our sins could be washed white as snow.
Lauren created the lion and the lamb to pair together as visual representations of the humble yet powerful character of our Savior.
